Chemical Peels
Glycolic Acid Peel
This peel is the most active and beneficial of the Alpha Hydroxy Acids in skin care and is made from sugar canes. It penetrates through the cell walls and once inside the cell, it triggers new formation of collagen and helps plump up the cell and the ground substances in the skin to reduce wrinkles on the skins surface. This gives the skin a much smoother look and feel. It will also improve and smooth the texture of the skin by removing its damaged outer layers. It is helpful for those individuals with facial blemishes, mild acne scarring, fine wrinkles and uneven skin.
Lactic Acid Peel
The use of Lactic Acid will help stimulate and increase skin cell turnover on the surface of the skin, thereby producing more vibrant and smoother-looking skin. In the deeper layers of skin, new collagen and elastin will be stimulated and the skin will become thicker, tighter, and lighter. This peel also helps to eliminate germs, toxins and dead cells and diminish Hyperpigmentation.
TCA Peel
This medium depth peel will improve many of the skin conditions that we see and wish we didn’t. After peeling, your skin will be softer and smoother, with an improved texture and tone and a reduction in hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and dark spots. Those are the differences on the surface of your skin but the real magic is going on under your skin where collagen is being stimulated. This is what plumps up the lines and scars, yielding a smoother, more refined, and beautiful complexion. This peel causes visible peeling and you will need to avoid the sun for 10 days after the peel.
Microdermabrasion
A skin revitalizing technique that helps repair skin damaged by the sun or the effects of aging. By using a highly specialized device, it creates a gentle abrasion and suction to remove the unwanted dead skin cells that form an unattractive barrier on your skin.
